  • How is it different from performance coaching?
    Performance coaching is based on behavioural patterns and is very effective if you need a practical plan and develop habits to go from A to B. Transformative coaching has a cognitive-behavioural foundation and is very effective when a plan alone doesn’t help, and you need to dig deeper to understand what is keeping you stuck. With a transformative coach you can set goals and plans like you would with a performance coach; plus take a step further by developing confidence, tackle procrastination and imposter syndrome, and challenge your limiting beliefs.
  • How much does a coaching session cost?
    My base fee is £75 per session. I offer a 10% discounted price for pre-booked packages of five sessions or more. If you are not sure where to start, I offer coaching packages on personal identity, values, strengths that may get you started. Get in touch to know more.
  • Is the free discovery call commitment free?
    Absolutely. Your free discovery call comes with no obligation to commit to any coaching programme. It’s a 30 minute call that you can use to clarify all your doubts about coaching and see whether we resonate with each other. You can only do your best work if you find the right coach for you.
  • What’s special about your coaching approach?
    Men are often taught to hide their weaknesses and insecurities, and overcome them on their own to build confidence. Instead I encourage my clients to face their insecurities head on, build the courage to embrace their limits rather than turn away and pretend they don’t exist. By facing and digesting the source of your self-doubt, you will build the confidence to show up authentically, and craft a fulfilling and balanced professional and personal life.
  • What does a transformative coach do?
    A transformative coach helps you challenge the thoughts and beliefs that limit your personal and professional growth. It’s not just about habits and performance. Reconnecting with your whole self is the foundation for building confidence in your unique strengths and creating lasting change.
  • Is coaching right for me?
    Coaching is about setting goals and overcoming our limiting beliefs. Before starting a coaching journey you must be willing to explore, challenge yourself and make yourself accountable for the actions you will set for yourself. I like to do this with kindness and a light heart. You will find a welcoming and safe environment where you can explore your thoughts with a bit of fun and free of judgement.
  • Why focusing on men?
    For three big reasons. Men shouldn’t have to wait for a crisis to get emotional support. I offer a proactive, positive approach to men’s mental fitness; starting long before it gets to that point. What men see as weaknesses are actually their greatest strengths. Insecurities and vulnerabilities aren’t shameful; they’re the keys to self-confidence and real growth. Emotionally resilient men grow, thrive and create meaningful change. By regulating their emotions, (not suppressing them) they build deeper bonds with partners and loved ones while fostering trust, collaboration, and empathy in their professional lives.
  • How long is a coaching programme?
    That is totally up to you. Some people are happy with setting up a some practical goals and be on their way in a few sessions, some others wants to have regular catch ups for longer and dedicate more time to self-exploration. There isn’t a right or wrong approach. In our discovery call we will also discuss the solution that suits your needs.
  • How is it different from therapy?
    To begin with, a coach doesn’t diagnose you. A coach is your “partner in crime”. A therapist will understand where things come from and why, and will support you with all the psychological nuances. With a coach, you may come across past experiences and trauma. A coach will acknowledge them, explore how they may have affected you and help you come up with strategies to move forward towards your goals. A coach is not trained to run a psychological assessment.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
