I’m not sure I’m a “leader”. does this still apply?Leadership is a mindset to develop towards ourselves. Even a graduate at the beginning of their career can benefit from a leadership mindset. And If you’re working with people, influencing projects, or managing stakeholders, you’re already leading others. Leadership isn’t about your job title. It’s about how you show up. This is about helping you lead more intentionally, without pretending to be someone you’re not.

How much does a coaching session cost?My base rate is £75 for a 1:1 tailored coaching/mentoring session. I offer discounts for graduates, and junior professionals for as low as £30 (group coaching). Is this therapy?Nope. But it might get a bit emotional. We won’t dig into childhood trauma, but we will look at the emotional habits and blind spots that affect how you lead, connect and make decisions. If you’re allergic to anything “touchy-feely,” we’ll keep it practical. If you’re open to exploring a bit deeper, I’ve got tools for that as well.

That said, I have a background in engineering and a strong track record working with corporate professionals, so I speak fluent “busy-overthinker-who-accidentally-became-a-manager”.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
