Who I coach

men who were told to "be a man" but never really bought into it.

I coach men who learned to hide insecurities, toughen up, and push through doubts alone, only to face pressure and self-doubt.

Real confidence isn’t pretending, it’s facing insecurities head-on, embracing your limits with courage, and challenging them with kindness. In our coaching journey, you'll build the emotional resilience to show up authentically in your career, relationships, and life.

True confidence comes from embracing all parts of who we are: the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I have been there too

When I started as a graduate engineer in London, I felt out of place and inadequate. I faked my confidence for a long time, and even though I successfully climbed the corporate ladder, the self-doubt didn’t go away at all.

As I moved into leadership roles, the imposter syndrome worsened. The pressure to appear strong, competent, and decisive was exhausting.

Years of therapy and coaching helped me see the problem: my professional persona had consumed me. I had lost touch with who I really was. Reconnecting with my true self, I learned it was OK to embrace my limits.

I started showing up authentically, freely expressing myself at work and in life. Embracing and celebrating my limits with colleagues made a surprising impact. My performance skyrocketed, and I influenced meaningful change. People saw me as genuinely confident.

Not because I was stoic or heroic, but because I had the courage to be real. True strength came from admitting my limits, not hiding them.
