Transactional analysis

Transactional Analysis (TA) helps uncover patterns from childhood that shape how you think, feel, and act today. It’s a tool to break free from unhelpful habits and show up more authentically in life and work.
Shadow work

Shadow work is about exploring the hidden parts of yourself, traits or emotions you’ve suppressed. It helps you face this shadow, so you can embrace your whole self and show up with confidence and authenticity.
