For years, I played by the rules. I have been an Electrical Engineer in London, climbing the corporate ladder for 10+ years, doing what I was supposed to do. "Fake it till you make it," they said. So, I did. I faked confidence, I faked having it all together, until I realized I was succesful only on the surface.

I was crumbling under self-doubt.

Like a lot of men, I thought I had to prove my worth by being competent, put-together, and self-reliant. Vulnerability? Not an option. But the more I hid my insecurities, the more they controlled me. So, I flipped the script. I started showing up as I was; messy, imperfect, real.

And that’s when things actually changed.

That’s why I do what I do. I coach men who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected. Men who are tired of pretending and ready to build real confidence, not just the performance of it.

My background in engineering gave me structure, but my experience as a musician gave me creativity and freedom. Now, I use both to help men break free from rigid expectations and reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve buried.

 

Because when you stop trying to be the right kind of man and start being yourself, life gets a whole lot lighter.
